Artist Nelly Rodriquez from Puerto Rico exhibits in Viera

For Al Dia Today

Brevard Cultural Alliance, Inc. features the Puerto Rican artist Nelly Rodriguez’s and her paintings with vibrant colors and Hispanic flair appeal to many visitors. The 4 months exhibition from September 26, 2006 through January 2006, 2007 is taking place at B of the Government Center, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way in Viera.

Rodriquez also known as NV Jasmin was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. At the age of ten her father encouraged her to use her creative spirit and imagination to create art.

She began to get serious in 1995 by sketching with graphite and charcoal, and expanding her techniques with oils and acrylics.
Beauty and passion is always on her mind when there is a paint brush in her hand. “I will continue to paint combining vivid colors with piercingly soulful expressions, from me to you with my heart open,” stated NV Jasmin.
