Oscar Hotusing is a former Brevard County Judge, appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to serve as a County Court Judge at the County Seat in Titusville. He proudly served in that capacity from December of 2006 until January of 2009. |

and all other aspects of military rules and laws to members of the United States Army, assigned to the 174th Legal Support Organization.
