Choosing your business entity

Alron Enterprises, Inc., Brevard County’s will be presenting a social and business information forum in November called “Choosing Your Business Entity”. The combined business forum and social event will be geared toward identifying specific business advantages and disadvantages while highlighting and emphasizing the dos and don’ts of structuring and running your own business.

The event will include a broad outlook on the establishment, maintenance and administration aspects considering the legal, tax, and financial responsibilities associated with choosing and operating a business as a sole proprietorship, Independent Contractor, Corporation or Limited Liability Company The forum will focus on the reduction of civil, tax and other potential business liabilities while bring to attention various business strategies that would help ensure the profitability and success of your business.

The forum will be combined with a social cocktail hour to allow participants to mingle, chat and freely ask entity related questions to some of Brevard’s super professionals practicing in the fields of business legalities; taxation; accounting; financial and banking arenas.

The Safar Inn Plaza Hotel will host the event, which is located at 1881 Palm Bay Road, Palm Bay, Florida on November 29, 2006. From 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. will be the forum and the cocktail will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. AmSouth bank is the sponsor of the event.
